January - December 2020 - Manage collection and processing of all applications for 2020 NYC Residency Program and serve as jury panel member for candidate selection process. Collaborate with Residency Program Director on culminating exhibition for residency participants.Assist with rolling RU residency applications, programming, and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement website content and editorial calendars for social media, newsletters and communications campaigns while monitoring and analyzing web and social media metrics.

March 2019 - July 2019 - Provided Senior Director with sales support including but not limited to creating client artwork offer packets, scheduling private viewings, and coordinating the installation of artworks on view. Facilitated all aspects of client fulfillment for artwork purchases from point of sale to delivery. Managed art fair applications, proposals, press releases, and production timelines, and provided on-site sales assistance. September 2016 – March 2019 -Tracked and maintained monthly exhibition schedule, creating and editing all printed materials, as well as ensuring artists and art handlers met deadlines. Coordinated and curated semi - annual group exhibitions. Served as registrar for all incoming and outgoing artwork for both Chelsea and Bridgehampton locations, regularly updating inventory database and website to maintain accuracy.
